Why There Are 2 Holes In The Front Arch

just behind the tire , on the arch , i see there are 2 holes with sealers. one is for the sunroof drain? and the other?

Probably to get the spot welder in at the factory.

what happens if i disconnect it?

or where does it lead?

i think i'm having water leaked in through that hole
