Engine Just Stopped

Recommended Posts

MiniGibbo

Basically im sat at the road side as my cars just stopped..

Story goes high revs in second, changed to third and the car lost all power then stalled. Rolled to the side of the road and now it won't start.

fuel pump primes

Lights are on

Starter motor spins or at least sounds like its spinning.

Rac man reckons he's an hour away..

Any ideas?

Just got home,

The Rac man came out and was a French hatch buff him self was quite funny he was well clued up lol..

Everything worked but the injectors just wouldn't work even though they had fuel, he commented on how crap the wiring is on my conversion :S

Turnt out the plug that gives the injectors power had popped apart!! Twenty minutes fiddling and I was on my way :D

Stick with your loom as long as its in reasonable nic, it works so take it out tidy it up/get rid of un-used wires and route correctly not how it is now hanging off stuff!
