Crushed Floor Pan

Hi the area underneath the car near the front jacking point has been crushed in resulting in the outer skin meeting the inner which has lead to minor rusting also i have removed the rust and undersealed it but my concern is the drain hole in this area is crushed.Does anyone think it would be possible to pull this out or any ideas on remedying this.
