Service Schedule For Mi16 Lump

Can anyone please point me to where I can find this or simply tell me what the intervals are? When are the belts due, how many miles between services etc etc. I have the alloy block in my car.

 

I've tried using the search function and have read many old threads but none spell out what I want to know.

Depends on use, Road I'd go 6000 for minor service and 18,000 for a Major one, Belts are good on these so around 75k

Track use, Every track day for a oil change and 6k for the belt
