Has anyone else found there bottom rad hose is far too short? Along with the obvious cut and shut thermostat hose and no bleed valve....

No? Maybe you have got them the wrong way round. Almost no one has a word bad to say about BBM and when something does go a little wrong they always sort it out no worries.

Whats the issue with cutting a bit of hose off! And you don't need a bleed valve to bleed the system ;)

I cant see which ones I can get the wrong way round? I'm not slagging them off by the way. If I put the 90 degree it comes up too short either way.

Have you moved/relocated your radiator at all, as that might affect it?

The two lower hoses are the same as Phase 2 8v's etc as far as I know, and these fit just fine whenever I've fitted them (on 8v and Mi16's). Indeed, just last week I fitted a set to my 8v and it was spot on fitment wise.

The lower radiator to water pipe, and water pipe to rear distribution block hoses should be different - the radiator one is the standard 90 degree bend, whereas the distribution block one is the one with the sort of kink in it. Is that what you've been supplied, and you have got them round the correct way?

There was a period of time where the top radiator hose didn't fit, but Stew has subsequently changed that hose and addressed the issue.

You may find issues with the thermostat adapter where it wasn't quite machined correctly also. Knock the washer off and cuss while you make quarter turns with a spanner
