Vacuum Advance For 1.9

I think I've identified the cause of the poor idle and performance at low revs as a failed vacuum advance unit - plenty of Vacum coming through the pipe but the actuator arm refuses to move so I suspect the diaphragm is shot.

 

It's a standard 1989 phase 1.5 1.9 with no mods and it's fitted with a bosch distributor part number 0237009066 and as far as I can determine the vacuum advance part number is P0000591134.

 

You would think it would be easy enough to get hold of a vac unit but pug dealer tells me they are no longer manufactured and no dealer in the uk has one.

 

Any ideas where I could get a hold of one??
