Here's a few other bits that i have been working on

Custom reduced size (130mm) 8 rib alloy pulley. This will allow me to reduce the size of the S/C pulley without overspeeding the charger and save a lot of weight!!

Also had brackets and bells machined up for a pair of light weight AP 3696 calipers

You may have noticed the extra holes in disk bells. I decided to re-drill 4x100 due to lack of wheel choice in 4x108. I have gone for 949racing 6ul's which are about the lightest on the market....the 15x9's weigh in at 5.8kg

Thanks for all the comments guys!!

Fabrication on the fromt suspension has stopped for a short time while i finalise some designes and wait for machined parts.

I decided to get the engine mounted so i can start mocking up rad/intercooler postitions etc.

I did a little experiment with a stanard 180 inlet manifold measuring air flow from each port at a set pressure. The differences between them were fairly substantial!!. Decision made, centre feed inlet......

The inlet plenum just needs trumpets welding in to finish it off

Also made a expantion tank/oil breather tank combo to make best use of the space i have.

9.5" wide wheel/tyre and low ground clearance

Whats the plan for wings/arches as being that low and wide I'd imagine you'll be chewing up tyres with standard sizes

Im not sure yet. I didn't want to go the dimma route but it will be something along those lines. I might try contanting some fibreglass companies to see what they can offer

How come you're not using your old rotrex setup. That engine was fantastic
