Whats the lowest final drive that will fit in a BE3/6 gearbox, to give about 130mph at 5k rpm, would need to be about 3.0 or something

Lowest? Don't you mean longest? A lower cwp is a larger numerical number. Here's some options anyhow:

I would love a dogbox but thats a bit expensive, was thinning more like a 6 speed Hdi or something

Did you misread the page? There are four "normal" cwp options there.
