Flexible Head Ratchet Spanners

I've never found snap on torx bits any better than halfords ones, I remember breaking a T40 halfords torx bit at work so borrowed a snap on one and broke that aswell, only upside is the snap on man will raplace it with no issues, thinking about it I'm sure the guy I worked with went through more bits with snap on than I did with halfords.

 

 

I twisted a small torx bit undoing a disc retaining screw! I have also snapped a couple of the smaller ones and when they break you can see air bubbles where they were cast. I have also bent a few of their hex keys.

 

Mind you, they replaced them all when I went back in. I've broken rachet mechanism's, but they are only a few quid to replace.

 

For the price, I think they are fine for the DIY entusiast, and the 150 piece set contains pretty much all they would need. I was impressed with their breaker bars also. I have a 2 foot one and it felt like it wanted to bend at one point once, but the head joint was suprisingly strong.

 

There is a lot worse out there for equal money that's for sure.
