Tud3/tud5 Pump Interchangeable?

Are they?

 

They're both lucas cav, i've been told the pressure valve in my pump is gone, which is why it keeps leaking on the back bolt.

 

I tahe a tud5 pump here, it's the same but im just checking to see if anythings different, i'll be fitting the tud3 cam wheel of course.

 

Im assuming fitting is just a case of lining all the points up?
