Cigarette Lighter

As I don't have the car at home and I am trying to wire in my wideband to a cigarette lighter extension cable/socket, I want to know which is the positive terminal.

 

The centre pin or the surrounding outward cylinder?

 

I would imagine the positive is the centre one.
