Bars are 20mm, just strange it has the fuel tank bracket?

if it is a 309 beam, perhaps someone decided to fit it to a 205 and use the brace aswell

 

20mm bars are a good sign that it could be 309

 

measure the length as i can tell you for definate then

Yes thats a 309 beam, check the ARB too. The colors of the red torsion bars is the same as my old 309 beam with the yellow stripes the same colour as yours, The mounting points are not offset, the bolts are in the middle of it compared to the 1.9 that are clearly offset.
