Not something that everyone will want but I will ask the question, I have bought a gearbox that has been modified to be used with rose joints on the gear change rods, can you supply rose joints that screw on to your rods or balls that I can screw onto the gearbox so I can still use your rods?

Thanks

Yep!

Also a top rad hose that fits a 6 conversion and using a enclosed filter. Bbm one doesn't do the job.

Driving Light Surrounds, made out of something that wont corrode and powder coated?

Great suggestion about the light surrounds!

Also:

A decently priced 1.9 mi spark plug cover - current ones on the market seem to be heavily overpriced for what is essentially a thin strip of metal or carbon fibre

Headlight earth blocks, managed to clean my originals up but couldn't find if Peugeot still make them

Header tank cap - replacement from Peugoet wouldn't seal properly and new style looks sh*t

Oil Breather Pipes I will be looking into as they will go with the Mi one's which are back in stock over the next couple of weeks,

Matt, I have the balls that bolt onto the arm's, Rose Joints fit directly to the rods as well, I can supply them from £8.00 each depending on quality.

Light surrounds would be a no go as the tooling cost would be allot, as they need to be pressed out

The Rad cap's I would have thought could be got from any motorfactor as it's a age old design, I know Pug one's have changed to the plastic things which don;t really fit.

Headlight earth blocks are the same as the ones inside the car on the steering column that as a result are usually in good order and should be pretty easy to obtain, i have a fair few spare.

Precut and drilled sunroof plates? (for lazy people)

Funnily enough i have that in the pipeline as i have a few left over from the old lot.

A mate is working towards making the rectangle-head bumper bolts.

I'd like some Mi Spark plug bore seals, been on that one for a while, something as simple as rubber hose cut to size would work surely.

Bit of a long shot, but theres a gap in the market for tubular manifold adapted for 16v TU engine conversions. Not sure if that'd be finacially viable to do an 'off the shelf' version (IE buying in manifolds and adapting them then selling them on) or just adapting ones that the customer has already purchased (but then that would be a ballache with different style/brand manifold)

just a thought

The rear bumper side plate fixings, NFP at Pug and iirc Anthony has one spare for you to copy off.

The arch trim fixing metal clips.

Front original looking mudflaps and badges ???

Agreed on the front driving lights surrounds.

Couldnt driving light surrounds be re-made in a tough plastic? Would potentially be cheaper to make, and much longer lasting.

Also agreed on generally all bumper fixings which are now getting very expensive for what they are!

Power steering , thats affordable and reliable, could be electric. Light weight to suit a compt car and would work with a quick rack. I could do with one soon, like yesterday! :)

Tubular bottom arms that use replacable (off the shelf) ends.

The Side trim metal clips I have in stock and are still available from Pug in the bag load,

Have you got the part number for the rear bumper bit's as these could be Nylon like all the 306 ones are.

I'll look into the rubber's, Would have to be made down under/New Zealand thou to come in at the right price, but easy to do

306 items shown there, he needs someone to pop up with a 205 subframe with arb and wishbone, those inner joints will last if you spec decent ones and the outer is a standard 306 part.
