Locating An Old Car

Guys is their any way you can legaly locate an old car you may of previously owned.

 

I was thinking today what happened to one of my old 205's 'L20GTL' and wondered is it possible to find out where it is an possibly who may now own it?

pretty much impossible, there is a website where you can track the car but i think it costs about 160 quid, and it isnt 100% legal. Ive been trying to find my old car for a few years now.

You use to be able to ask DVLA for a nominal charge of £2.50 if you had a justifiable reason (Car park fines etc), doubt they give a toss and just want the money.

 

I think I saw your car a few years back in Sheffield on two occasions, Henry Yorke might be able to inform you of it's location.

Yeah the last I knew it was in Sheffield. but that was around 2008. Hope it aint been smashed up or anything.

its not on sorn so likely to have been scrapped or nicked, if the registered keeper still uad it they would have a considerably sizeable fine to pay!

 

edit, just noticed its reg number, pretty sure i have heard of the car in scotland within the past year so its likely to be on a different plate
