Fuel Hose Bolt Thread

Just a quickie, need to buy a new barb for the fuel pipe that comes from the bulkhead, anyone know the thread size/pitch so I can order one?

you can still get the olive and the nut from peugeot but not the pipe with the fitting in it

I want to change it to a different diameter as my fuel hose is deteriorating and the 2m I have lying around here is the wrong ID as the original Peugeot stuff has a plastic lining.

You mean a banjo bolt? I haven't replaced this particular bolt but for my other fuel line fittings (filter>injectors) I used size AN6.

Nope, the bit that welshpug mentions is correct in the sense that it's in the right place.

 

On the end of the metal fuel line from the tank there is a male nut and an olive and a male nut with a bard on it. It's the thread size of this bit I need, the "union nut diam 12"

I think it's easier to get rid of the threaded joint entirely and just slip some new hose down over the metal pipe and clamp it down.

The problem I have is I'm using a Citroen zx volcane fuel rail as it just looks a lot neater than the scabby metal one I have and it uses 10mm unions, so would like to adjust the barb to suit as 10mm fuel hose will just flop around on the plain pipe.
