Clasic Car Show

Been to the clasic car show at the NEC today, just wondered if anyone else went?

 

Found it good, but the peugeot stand was dissapointing a few cars, no 205gti (there was a basic model)

Where as if you were a ford fan your choice was endless, some very nice escorts on show.

I rated it poorly compared to previous years. Luckily got in FOC through Sporting bears

 

Pug stand was all the poorer without a 205 gti

 

Saw a 205 CTI for sale in the other hall for 3995? ! hilarious

I saw the CTI as well, not even in great condition and a crazy price.

 

I went out in a TVR T350T with the Sporting bears.

Really liked it, never been in a TVR before, already been looking how much one would cost me.

Glad I didn't go this year then, was cracking last year, had a 1fm (2Pugs on here?) and a road T16.

Attended the car show yesterday. Not quite as good as previous years but still worth attending. As mentioned above, not much in the way of 205's there. Show didn't seem as well attended as previous years either; maybe just my imagination?

Someone get their GTi there for next year!

I went to the smaller version of the same Footman James show at th Bath and West showground.

 

Was a hall of cheap tools (quality wise) an auction and a few club stands.

 

I had a door dinger car park pass, but they waved me in to the stand area and popped me with some E type Jags. 'Didn't get a look in'
