Do you actually mean the SAD hose, or are you talking about the small L shaped coolant hose that goes from the thermostat housing into the coolant block that is located above the SAD on the earlier pre-Phase 2 cars?

That particular coolant hose is notorious for failing, but isn't available new from Peugeot any longer to the best of my knowledge. Fitting a used one is a false economy in my opinion, as they're all 20 odd years old now unless they've been replaced previously and likely to fail in the not too distant future.

I believe BakerBM sell that hose separately, although I think that you'll have to ask as the individual hoses aren't listed on the website.

Or fit a later thermostat housing and use the associated one-piece hose.

not a big job but you will need the longer phase 2 hose which costs more, also there wont be anywhere to put your ecu temperature sender as phase 2 thermostat housings have an extra hole for it.

Stew does do that hose separately for about £15 iirc.
