Hello Folks

Many years ago I ditched the orignal air filter assembly for a K&N pancake filter. I was doing some rallying at the time and it really cleared up the engine bay and made working on the car (whether in the garage or in the middle of a forest) much easier. However, after a couple of years out I've just completed some recommissioning work (engine bay, fit a rebuilt TU3s engine and gearbox and other bits and bobs) and we're now nearly ready for a new season. However the rules have changed and now require the original air filter assembly to be fitted. Doh ! So I'm now faced with trying to source and retro fit the original air filter assembly. I've managed to source the flat box which bridges the carburettor to the air filter housing, but I'm now searching for the air filter housing and the tube from the housing to the front of the car. Can anyone tell me where I can source these or let me know if is there another model of 205 which had the same air filter assembly to make my current searches more effective. Maybe someone has one to sell or even swap for my pancake K&N?

Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks

all TU engined 205's should have the same air intake, heat shield, vacum hoses etc I'm sure if you put up a wanted thread or pop down to your local scrappy there would be something. Theres a guy breaking a XS on here at the moment!
