me or ml, depends on age, around 98 I think is when they changed.

Sorry guys was an auto after all of that still thinking buying it and doing 2.0l conversion on my 1.9 205 gti daily driver but something in back of my head is hitting and saying dont be mad go gti6. I just dont know already did an mi and loved it but confused now which way to turn. Car ill be daily but also ill keep a corolla so more so for weekends but need reliability too.

you wouldnt tend ot use the original box flywheel and clutch (or torque converter) anyway, most bolt on a BE box and flywheel.
