I saw this the other day on topgear website (linked on facey b I wasn't massively impressed. The jap guys are a lot more impressive for me.

I saw this the other day on topgear website (linked on facey b I wasn't massively impressed. The jap guys are a lot more impressive for me.

 

 

I wasnt impressed either,reminds me of when i got my first bmw and was learning to drift about in it, the lines etc are spot on but he just seems to be going mega slow for the bends

Yeah, it may not be the best example of drifting ever (bit rich to criticise though unless you can genuinely do better :P ), but that's a bit like criticising Ken Block's Gymkhana videos cos he's not the best WRC driver around :rolleyes:

 

You've got to put this in to perspective. Don't split hairs over his lines, or how elegant his technique is, or how much speed he carries. The point is that he maintains almost complete loss of traction throughout that entire course. This is a rough hill climb, of some distance, not a nice flat track. and he's just left a nice set of 11s the whole damn way! :blink:

I think one of the little jap folk would do that 10 times better thus why im not a fan :lol:
