Its not THAT bad, I mean the americans generally fail at wit and they're copying some of the episodes word for word, but its bearable...it does have that tragic "we are such lads!" thing about it, but again...

 

I've seen a much worse US car reviewing programme on youtube which is apparently more famous, the presenter is an absolute tool.

 

The problem is also how its financed, so it can never be independent reviews (even though anyone who takes a topgear review as gospel is an idiot).

Brits are liars he says ffs, i know some are but that takes the piss Eh hello, all speedo's in the UK have a higher speedo that what the cars can go to, in fact most manufacturers do

 

I watch it just for a laugh.

 

If people want to watch a car programme with proper drivers then it has to be Fifth gear, Top Gear has this part of cars missing. Cowel is car mad and prefers Fifth gear than Top gear, so iv heard.

5th gear presenters (with the exception of Tiff) are absolute tools though! I can't stand the curly-haired twat and the other twat, whatever his name is.. makes the program unwatchable for me.

Managed five minutes last night of this us topgear. the kid driving the evo X stuck behind a truck.. yer he grinds my gears.
