Thinking About Breaking Gti6 205

so my gti6 is not selling so have been thinking about the idea of breaking it, what do these go for in parts now? how would i go about pricing it?

 

mint no sun roof shell

gti6 conversion package, inc re-angled maniflds and miles loom

gti brakes with new disc and pads

speedline wheels an new toyo tyres

baker bm mounts and top hose/conversion kit

refurbed 1900 gear box

refurbed beam

aftermarket shocks and springs

exhaust for git6 conversion

mocal oil cooler and fitting kit

bad news iam afraid

the market for this type of car at the moment is very poor but as iam in a good mood today i would give you 200 pounds for it complete

205s are not worth as much modded now sadly so you need to get the price out of dream land and it will sell

its at 2.5k which is around the middle of whats currently advertised, last year when i baught it prices were way higher and i hadnt checked hence 3k.

 

what would be a good price to put it up for, that wouldnt make it worth keeping?

If a few have then price is too high but even then there's always haggling on the price. Maybe the market in general is so low, as 205 car conversions are more of a disposable money purchase. With the economy is getting worse, so are cars selling imo.

 

I would pay 2.5k or more if i looked round it and wanted it, i know how much these conversions cost and as its a non sunroof im surprised its not sold yet.

Please dont brake that car up mate, I spent meny hours on that bloody thing with rob in the garage but I no its your car and its up to you whgat you do with it, still a shame tho. I keep on to rob to buy it back but he likes his old fords to much. I am a £1000 short at the moment or I would be on my way down.

only had a few emails all have been swaps for junk or dont want to travel, its got a lot going for it thaught would have had a bit more interest tbh, as you said non sunroof an conversions cost a lot is the price really that ott.

it is a nice one, but need to free up some cash for my hgv. also would rather swap out the lump for my turbo and sell the left overs than give it away for nothing.
