Anyone know how to test an acctuator on a turbo? Think mine is screwed

Anyone know how to test an acctuator on a turbo? Think mine is screwed

 

loosen it off the turbo, put your finger over the vacuum hole and pull on the bar (not too much to pierce the diaphragm) , you should feel the vacuum on your finger....or you put a pipe on the end of it and suck and you should again feel resistance

Gauge and pump i used a foot pump (be careful not too go mad), that way you can see went it opens
