205 Gti6 Conversion ... No Gauges Working ?

got the enigne in running but cant get any gauges etc working ? any ideas cheers

Try cleaning the ends, then spray a little WD40 on all the connections. Then check there is a live coming through them with one of those electric testing screwdrivers when engine is on. If there's no live i would route the wires back to check there are no breakages in the wire. Also check the two brown plugs under the dash as well. Check all the fuse's too.

Have they been wired up?

Has the loom been made for you or have you made it yourself?

Oil pressure and rev guage won't work unless you do the modifications, oil temp will work if you wire it in correctly.

 

Any more infor as to which ones are not working, I would imagine at least fuel and water temp are working?
