Pass Side Knock When Straightening Up

I've had a good old search of the forum courtesy of google but haven't found anything that reflects my problem.

 

Sometimes when straightening up after a right hand turn I get a solid 'knock' that feels/sounds like its from the pass footwell region. I also get a clunk when going on/off power sharply but I am fairly sure that is the 4-2-1 hitting the bulkhead as it sounds more central in the car.

 

The car has only done ~200 miles since a pretty massive overhaul - rebuilt Mi fitted.

 

Suspensionwise all the following are at the most 200 miles old:

- Track rods

- Track rod ends

- Droplinks

- Springs (Eibach 7001-120) - these are just fitted but the knock was present before

- Dampers (Bilstein B4's)

- Top mount bearings

- Top mount rubbers (BBM)

- Wishbones (Motaquip)

- Lower Engine Mount

- N/S driveshaft (brand new just fitted knock still present)

 

I have been over all the bolts involved inc subframe with a torque wrench (even marked with Tip Ex to observe any movement)

 

I am baffled as to what could be the cause. Any suggestions would be great!

Check your wish bone bolts are clamping the bushes in the sub frame.

Still baffled by what's causing the knock when straightening up! The steering rack is one of the only parts that remains unchanged, is it likely the rack is at fault?
