Camshaft Spray Bar Seals

The spaybar for the engine i am building at the min has no seals on it and i was wondering what seals fit? I remember getting some Mi ones before and they seemed to fat to fit. Are they meant to fit in the groove in the plastic piece or do they just sit at the top of it and the rocker cover holds it in place? If the rocker cover just holds the spay bar in place and you put the seals right up at the end of the plastic piece it would probably do.

if the part numbers are the same then theyll do the job just fine

 

the cover does hold them in place, and iirc part no is the same

Maybe i was just getting confused so I was thinking that the seals had to sit in the groove in the plastic piece but they just sit at the end of the plastic piece like this?
