Is that atlantic blue? Didnt know 309's ever came in that colour. Then again its very shiny, has it had a respray at some point? Either way, it looks stunning!

hi thanks it's called ming blue metallic, it has seen some paint in the past but recently gave it a buff and polish.

atlantic blue is more green than blue and ive only seen it on the cti's.

ive seem afew low models in that ming colour, thats the cleanest one ive seen. im not sure on the ride hight, the front looks great but the back looks too low with the top of the tyre getting hidden by the wheel arch.

I think Anthony had one in that colur a few years ago.

I had issues with my 309 being sat that low, the front brake hoses would kink on any decent steering lock and they were brand new motaquip items which I had checked the length across several catalogues, and the rear would just sit on the bump stops when cornering!

Safe to say it went back to standard and it was so much more fun ;)

Very clean, I need to get out and buy some decent bodycare stuff for mine. getting 309's to sit right seems difficult with the way the front arches are cut so wide and the rears so low. They always look like they're collapsing at the back if you keep them level.

not happy with the ride height myself to be honest but saving for a decent set up, 4 kids under 7 years old not good for the bank balance ha ha but i will get there :)

Yeah I did, a J-reg 3dr model, that was destroyed in the 2007 floods when I'd barely driven the car since putting in a lot of work getting it back on the road :(

Looks really nice mate. I do like the 309 GTI's. However mine would need a GOOD clean to look that good...
