Someone will possibly have a used one (I possibly do) but otherwise Stew Baker @ BakerBM sells silicon replacements for quite reasonable money, both as a complete kit and as individual hoses as required.

(also, it doesn't go to the SAD as stated in that diagram, but to the coolant block with the ECU temp sensor immediately above it!!!)

I will have one of these. Well, I have a pile of redundant pipes from my old 205 engine, so have no idea which one id pick out as they are all mixed up

No, that's the SAD pipework - as I said, it's nothing to do with the SAD despite what's written on the document!

You need the coolant hoses as shown here - if you go to the bottom of the page and the picture of the individually listed hoses, you need the one in the bottom left hand corner.

got some of Baker BM a week ago

there is a 205 gti drivers discount of 10% available as well if that helps, really going to have to find something special to do that cheaper, even with used parts.

Hi i got a the part sent to me (cheers) but its the wrong part. The pipe i need is longer and goes from the bulkhead straight to the stat housing. The pipe I have and that you are all talking about is only part of the pipe i need. I am very confused now, and added to this is the fact that the mechanic told me that i dont have a SAD?? Can this be right?

BTW still thanks to Anthony who sent me the pipe its not your fault as you just got me the part i asked for, or was told by the mechanic to ask for.

Thanks

EDIT: Oh yeh here are some pics>>>>

The pipe I have taken off the car

pipe you already have is a phase 2 pipe, the one anthony sent is for a Phase 1 or 1.5. exactly as pictured in your diagram.

both cars will have the SAD but later ones were bolted directly to the thermostat housing, had the blue ecu coolant temperature sensor in the rear of the thermostat hosing, and did away with the housing said sensor was screwed into and the SAD attached top, as well as the short S shaped hose.

it looks like the BBM 205 16v pipe kits have the right phase 2 shaped hose.
