I found this dangling near the gearbox the other day, I can't work out what it is?

low fan speed resistor, should be clipped to the top of the radiator with an alloy clip, dont use a cable tie as they get quite warm.

Think they must just rust away over time... lies horizontally over the nearside of rad top on a clip.
