Hi all,

Ok so ive searched the forum, found a usefull bit of information on there http://forum.205gtidrivers.com/index.php?showtopic=67225

I was looking at the Jet sizes people where using for there Mi16/R1 Conversions

will they fit into the carbs? i was looking at 175 which where stated in the other topic posted above.

http://www.dellorto.co.uk/merchandise/products_details.asp?PartNo=73801&CategoryID=3&PartsectionID=99

Also how do i go about the linkages etc... and fitting them to the car, ive got a bog brothers inlet manifold made up already..

Just wondering if anyone can give me a idea of what id be misssing also:

In my head what i think i need:

Piping to attach carbs to manifold

You didn't buy that engine off ebay that was 'rebuilt' by any chance?

Miles

No pint guessing size's, get it on the rollers and done then at least you know the AFM out the back.

Mind I'd spend some time on the inlet, cleaning it up as normally it's pretty poor on flow

no i got it from a guy that lived near me.. heard he had a engine that had a cracked block because he forgot to put the 2 spacer on the headbolt. it was fully rebuilt engine before the block cracked, quoted 20miles to the garage and back. 150 quid, and he chucked in a super light flywheel a bogbrothers manifold, and a exhaust 4-2-1 manifold to fit the 205 conversion.

Just about to start rebuilding the engine into another block in the next week, then into the 205 it goes.

If your rebuilding it into another block, it should be all good.

Hopefully you can get the headbolt out.

Hang on the one my mate looked at was down near me. Perhaps 2 people selling the same spec engine
