Ebay can be a bit ridiculous, especially for phase 1 parts.

I got a brand new gear knob for £16 and i thought that was a bit much.

There was a BE3 GTi one sold about three months ago for just over the ton mark!

Weirdly enough, if you have a stores man that is happy to chase a part for you (most bits are still available) and look in euro dealer stock, there are DEFFO some bits like this out there.

It took my parts man a week to get me an air con hose that is NFP, but he turned one up in a dealer in belgium, the dealer had it in his 'disposal stock' so I paid next to nothing for it.

The stock is out there boys, you just have to be prepared to look!

You need a dealer thats kind enough to put effort in

Mine is quite good, I'm now at the stage where they quote me a price and then say "so with your discount it's"

This makes me feel V important :D

My local pug dealer know my first and second name when I walk up to the parts desk.. and Ive got a standard 15% and they deliver parts to my local bodyshop for me, if Im not around to collect! :D

Maybe its a sign ive spent too much money there.. :s :P

Always worth giving Peugeot uk a call with part numbers.

They recently found an nfp part for me in Frnace and as they spent ages fannying around they send it to me for free in the end.

It's still got Talbot labellling on the packet so must be quite old stock!
