1.4 Tu Coilpack

Looks as though the coilpack is fubar on my 306. I just hope it hasn't fragged the ECU too, as it's one of the Sagem ones <_<

 

Bougicord are the recommended ones but I can't find anywhere that sell them. Most known brand I can find is Valeo via ECP at £73. They also sell an ARC iten at nearly half that price. I gather these are s*ite?

 

Any other brands....oh, and where's that ECP discount code B)

original brands ive seen are sagem, bosch, magnetti marelli, beru as well iirc, bougicord would be plug leads, beru did these as well later on.

Apparently Pug did a modification and used Bougicord as the Sagem items create problems. Problem is I can't find a supplier for Bougicord coils, nor Bosch, Beru etc. Only one I can find is Valeo.

 

Surely Valeo is reputable enough?

I used a valeo one from memory and had no issues.

Does it make a great deal of difference?

 

I'm using an intermoler one I think bought from NEAT. Works fine..
