Interior Heater Blower Unit Alternatives

Due to the 'under dash bar' on my customn cages cage in my new shell, I cant fit the standard heater blower assembly.

Not a major problem as have plenty of options of how to go about it, although my prefered at the moment is to make an ally box with a 75mm inlet, and two 50mm outlets on it, to house my 205 matrix and use an 'inline' fan before it.

Any one done anything similar if so what size/output fan is required, and anyone know the air output of a standard 205 fan?

Been looking at those, excellent bit if kit!

The air output seems very low compared to the bigger fans T7 sell though, have trouble keeping mine cool so think I'd be better off keeping my standard matrix which is much larger.
