Phase 1 1.6 Gti Value

Hi everyone,

 

I have a '86 Phase 1 Cherry Red GTI, 101,500 miles and I would like to know what it's worth. It's got 11 months MOT, new shocks all round, skimmed head when intake and exhaust manifold studs were replaced, new cambelt, clutch, full service history till 2009 and then I serviced it in April when I bought it. Bad points are: sunroof trim needs replacing as noisy at speed, the stainless magnex system is too loud for my taste, a couple of rust patches - roof and N/S rear quarter.

 

I have phase 1 wing mirrors and rear spoiler to go on as well as a standard back box just have not got the time.

Like any other vehicle, it's worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
