Servicebox Part No Request Please!

Gents

Can anyone have a look on Servicebox for me?

I need the part number for the oil-to-water heat exchanger as fitted to later PAS equipped 205 1.9's- that have the remote filter that attaches to the front of the gearbox. It is the actual oil-water exchanger bit I am after, that sandwiches between the oil filter and the filter head, with two pipes coming off at 90 deg to attach to the water hoses.

Thanks

Tom

The heat exchanger itself is 1103E6 which is/was £517.58 inc VAT - but it's listed as NFP I'm afraid.

Tom, I've got a couple of these spare, I think they are GTi6 ones, but might be the same?

Surely they'll be a fortune from the dealer?

I think the GTI6 one could be made to fit with a mod to the water hoses, Fox how much do you want for one?

Thanks

OK. I think the only real difference will be the angle the pipes come out at, the 205 one come out and then turn 90 deg, the 306 type if I remember rightly come out straight.

The gti6 do have a 90 degree bend same as the picture above shows, the bolt through it may differ in length if its not the same part number for the unit, havent a spare one though as mine died last year too.

Winner, hopefully that could be the solution then. Bolt length no problem, have lathe.

Early models have both tubes pointing the same way. Later models (Motronic) have a tube pointing each way. Thus there's also two different radiator inlet hoses. Plenty of these down under as every 205 had A/C.

Service box is quite easy to use and im quite surprised the amount of people having trouble figuring out how to make the most of it tbh.

Do you not have an account with service box Tom ?
