Pugs in Pieces

picked up a 1991 cti 1.6 today, has running issues, the afm is an odd part number i have not seen before, 0280 202 068 if i recall, hasanybody seen this one before and do we know what its from? same car also has a problem starting if the clutch is depressed, ie turns over very slowly if you release the clutch its fine. when running if you dip the clutch the engine stalls immediatly as if the gearbox has siezed, the car drives fine other than a slight missfire. any ideas?

That AFM part number is for a 2.2 Vauxhall Senator, so it's completely wrong for a 1.6 engine.

it sure was Mark, bit of a dog to be honest, rof has couple of small holes but the electrics work perfectly. it wil prob end up getting broken as i need some bits for the gutmann. the bodywork is actually really good, just dirty, engine and mechanics though have been abused, a 2.2 senator afm explains a fair bit though!!!
