Sorry.. Ive been searching the forum for same topic.. Found some but not giving any answers.

It the DKZ engine..

It runs superbly on the road, but as soon as I let go of the gas, it chuckles, goes rough, sounding like an old 8 cylinder..but it keeps idle..

If I turn it of for a while, and then start it, it sliske stalls and goes out..

If I try to take it for a drive, it doesn't pull at all, and I need to rev it above 3000-4000 for a while, and then suddenly it goes back to running good, but still with rough idle..

Only fault is purge valve(34) and now because Ive turned idle screw almost out, it shows fault 52(mixture)

There are three places under the TB for hoses, the smaller one, i've connected to the purge valve.. And the other two goes to top of coolant bottle, and the other to thermostat housing.. Is it important for those to be the right place??

I connected them, with the hoses indicating where to.. (the bend of the hose)

Im thinking it must be about wrong air/fuel when idling.. Perhaps I should reset throttle position and TPS..

Haynes says to let a Peugeot dealer adjust it??!

Replaced the purge valve and no more faults showing..

But it still has crappy idle when warm.. When started, it sounds like its gonna stall, and it will, slowly, with the engine shaking like mad.. Only way to cure it is to give it some pedal.. But although the pedal is pressed, it still stalls, drops in revs.. Keeps doing it for about 20-30 secs.. Then it runs normally...

Any ideas??

Injectors were cleaned and adjusted before refitting, but could it be that the pressure regulator is faulty.. With too much petrol in the cylinders at startup??

What is the signs of a faulty regulator?? Can it be faulty and still run normally on the road??
