Hi,

Quick question i know that the 205 PCD is 4 x 108 but will 4 x 100 wheels fit with some sort of adapter?

Thanks in advanced.

Iain

It’s possible to buy ‘wobbly nuts’ likes these. A mate uses them for the same reason but I haven’t used them before.

108 to 100 is too much for them afaik, 100-98 like you'd find between GM and Fiat is the most they're designed for.

what offset are the 100mm pcd wheels though? as many cars other than peugeots tend to run deeper offsets meaning a spacer to correct that can be used to adapt the PCD (i.e a bolt on spacer with studs or threads to suit)

For a 7J wheel you ought to be looking at ET 13-15 so you will need a 25mm spacer to get those to fit so it is possible to get them made with studs in and put nuts on th end. You would have to bolt the spacer to the wheel with countersunk bolts. It won't be cheap to get them made unless you are an engineer by trade. I'd look for the right wheels in the right offset myself

25mm is plenty to make a spacer, and you'd bolt them to the hubs first rather than the wheels. No need for countersunk bolts, you can use normal socket screws in a recess to bolt the spacer to the hub, then bolt the wheel on the usual way.

It's a complicated part to machine though.. you need 4 x threaded holes on one PCD, 4 x recessed holes on another PCD, then a hub-centric stub for the wheel to slip over. Multiply that by 4 parts and you'll probably find it's cheaper to just buy the wheels brand new in Peugeot fitment! I got a set of them brand new for £365. ;)
