Devil Exhausts

Recommended Posts

A lad who lives near me whos building a 309t has a devil system hes fitting to his motor and the downpipe is a split jobby so a part of me was contemplating rescuing it from him as the downpipe will be no good for turbo application anyway. Were these exhaust good in the day as it seems they make alot of bike parts but nothing on car scene thene days, the rest of the system looks too large a bore for my liking but downpipe if its better if use, keep standard mani and get omp at later date for the rest

Devil were one of the big tuning names back in the day, particularly in France IIRC. They made a lot of Peugeot exhausts and were not cheap. I think they were like a French Magnex really. Some of their products were used by Peugeot for the 206 SP range. The only downside is that they tended to have large bore tailpipes which have dated slightly

They are cetainly better than your average Powerflow and have been engineered for performance.

some of the dealer fit accessory rear silencers were devil items, ive used their s16 and gti6 decat pipes both of which were very good quality.

the s16 one replicated the split large bore of the original cat too
