My coin tray was working fine now all of a sudden the spring has come off and vanished, for life of me can't find it so lid is all floppy now.

Anyone know where I can locate a replacement spring from don't suppose brabantia do them aswell do they?

If someone doesnt mind sending me one I could get a load made as I work for a springmaker.

Wouldnt mind organising sending them out if there was enough interest.....

For £2, buy a whole new clip with spring in it.

Or if you must have it OEM, I have a spring and visit WSM fairly regularly.

Think he is referring to the spring which lifts the lid not the one in the clip.....

are you referring to the black plastic clip that holds lid closed? i have got a few of them as spares.

I am on about the spring that sits at rear and pushes lid up once released from the clip.

I think I might have one or two spares, I'll have to check my big box of random bits...

My mistake.

In that case, I don't think I have a spring at the back

My clip is broke, and I dont seem to remember it ever springing up when it has been released!

There is a little plastic bit on the lid that tends to crack and break off over time and the spring then disappears

I could have sworn I had two of these in a little bag somewhere, but they're not with all my other pug bits, so they seem to have gone AWOL. :(

Pugs in Pieces

as Henry says, its most likely the little plastic clip has snapped off and the spring then does fcuk off! find a new bottom piece and fit another clip, although often easier said than done.

dizzy etc in post tomorrow by te way.
