hi guys my 405 is suffering to run properly when driving is fine when full throttle but then stall's, have replaced leads,plugs changed injectors and cleaned the air filter but still doing it? runs on tick over no problem and sat on the spot will rev ok with the odd pop but think this is down to the new exhaust fitted. does anyone know where the mixture screw should be set to as had the inlet off n cleansed along with throttle body housing n have feeling this may not be in right position?

Red on a G, but will be going for a respray to white when winter comes :-)

 

the plug for the coil was a bit dodgy as when wiggling the wire (brown 4 pin plug) it woud cut out but checked connections and replaced and not made any difference to it when running under load but still fine on idle and when revving. have stripped wires back and everything is good there. had to drain fuel in it as was really dirty looked a dark yellow so swapped injectors etc but now thinking it may be fuel filter? any other ideas
