Altenator And Starter Motor Gone

parts required, altenator and starter motor, due to one of my lads trying to start the car in gear. (apparrantly)

anyone know where to get both at good prices.?

It's more likely that the battery is flat. I'm certain you can't damage the alternator this way and I'm fairly certain you can't damage the starter this way either (but I'm less certain about that).

 

Can you tell us what happens when you try and start the car?
