Wiring Loom For Bike Carbd 205

Recently bought a new shell to put my 1.9 bike carbed engine into.

 

I have pulled the loom through the bulkhead, at the interior end is the ecu connector, and a couple of long brown plugs. Engine end is ignition coil and a little black box with a long plug.

 

How much of this loom do i need to keep?
