I watched the weekends episode, I'm trying very hard to ignore the nonsense they come out with these days.

 

Both Clarkson and May are intelligent blokes and very interesting to listen too normally , except they are playing up for the cameras and acting clown like for the slightly thicker people that may be watching, which is a shame.

 

Hamond just comes across as a bit of a tool lately.

 

Anyway, loved the growler I have to say, would prefer it to have a single headlight like the e-type rather than twin lights but I wouldn't say no to a free one!

 

 

I also really want to have a drive round Monaco!

Thank god it wasnt just me that picked up on that! It was worse that it wasnt just a slip of the tongue but repeated by both of them!

They got the price of the Eagle wrong too - it's £670k + VAT.....

 

They're only making 4 of them and the original was commissioned by a surgeon who wanted something different. Sadly, he passed away I think last year. Definitely a rich man's toy but utterly beautiful.

 

I was told at the weekend by a pal who works for BMW has just had a customer lose £5k on a 1M already after deciding it was too much for daily use. Potential to hand onto it's value in a few years' time maybe.

Anybody read in the Sun (Not mine by the way ) today about Vettel? Apparently been shooting for Top Gear as the Star in the Reasonably Priced Car. Should be interesting!
