Heater Clicking And Not Turning On

Hi lads, I have a phase 2 and the centre control for turning on the heater fan is not working. It does not turn smoothly only clicks hard.

 

I thought it may be the button i was turning broken but no i took this off and it is the white peg sticking out that clicks around loudlyh and does not turn on the fan

sounds like you need a new heater control panel to me

Ok am breaking another full phase2 205 gti so might try route this out
