Fuel Feed Pipe,

Hi Member's,

 

I found this > and wonder what reason would there be for doing this to the fuel pipe at the tank end ? I had carbs and had this fuel pipe replaced by Des Developments years ago, so it only needed one pipe.

 

Or could it just be due to cutting it and was left like that ?

i cannot see any reason to do that unless it is done to try and reduce fuel flow when on carbs??
