So happy I stuck with it last night. What a finish!

As for the coming together with Hamilton nothing to do with JB, 100% Hamiltons fault.

From the horse's mouth:

First of all, I have to offer my heartfelt congratulations to Jenson – he drove an absolutely incredible race and thoroughly deserved this victory. It was an utterly fantastic performance, from a truly great driver. I'm also sorry for the team; they've worked really hard this week and we could have done with the points that a two-car finish would have earned us today.

Although the conditions were very tricky from the start, I had pretty good grip and I was doing the best I could to keep the car on the track; I think I had pretty good race pace, and I didn't have any particular problems.

I touched Mark's [Webber] car after he braked a bit early into the first corner. He left me enough room, but I touched the inside kerb and understeered into him.

Then I started fighting back. After I fell back behind Jenson, he outbraked himself into the final chicane and got a poor exit, so I was able to get a good run on him. It felt to me like I was halfway alongside him down the pits straight – but, as he probably hadn't spotted me, he continued moving across on the racing line. There was no room for me, so I hit the wall. Of course, I don't think it was intentional: I know Jenson well enough and I know he wouldn't do that. He's a good guy.

So, now, I'll just focus on the next race and the rest of the season. It would be great if we could qualify a little higher up the grid in order to stay out of trouble in Valencia; but our race pace is good and I really want to do well there.

Gutted for Hamilton, he's having a bit of a rough time at the moment! I can't wait to see him on top form again, he's by far my favourite driver. :)

After the sitting and waiting, sitting and more waiting........it was very much worth the wait. Montreal always seems to deliver. Thank f*ck it wasn't another Vettel walkover, nice to see him buckle for once. Also, i have to say i was rooting for Schuey to make the podium; imagine saying that 8 odd years ago!! Congrats to JB! - - I have to agree that the mclarens coming together was all on Lewis!

...All in all theres too much to comment on! Good season so far despite how the championship looks!

Yeah as much as I love the Red Bull team, I'm getting a bit bored of seeing Vettel's index finger.

Quality race, I told the misses it would be over in 2 hours, she wasn't impressed when I emerged 5 hours later!!

Really felt for Schumacher, when Vettel slid, I was hoping he would spin and allow Webber and Schumacher through.

For me, DRS robbed Schumacher, he did all the hard work in the rain and changing conditions when DRS was disabled, then as soon as it's enabled he looses two places.

I think Red Bull are starting to wobble a bit as the other teams catch up. Alonso should have won at Monaco, and they came 2nd yesterday. Also in qualifying, the other teams are catching up, Alonso only 0.2 behind Vettel, which looked impossible at the start of the season.

If they make the off throttle thing illegal, then we may a swing in the direction of Mclaren and Ferrari, and maybe someone else will be on pole for a change!

IMO neither were to blame.....Lewis was attacking for an overtake and Button never spotted him, although in the replays you can see him looking in his left mirror. A racing incident pretty much.

Was glad for Button though, and it was a nice change to see someone else win a race. I did have a grin on my face when Vettel span off ;)

Valencia next.....

Agreed, its also annoying how he bends over on top of the car then raises up even after winning the last 4 or so races  Too much of a show off if you ask me

It was the most boring race iv ever seen to then be an absolute fantastic race ever, what a contrast :o

As Button said he did not see Ham due to the rain then they crashed, so no it's not all Lewis's fault, its a racing incident. Let's face it, Button took ages to come over to the racing line for the next corner.

Hamilton's over takes is 1 out of ten of the other drivers, so he's bound to get into some scrapes but it seems more recently. He over takes more than any other racer, which is what makes you a good racer by overtaking.

Its about time Vettel got of his little perch, it got boring him winning all the time

Oh and i must add that its brilliant news that Button won this race, well done sir ^_^

How i love that clip Cameron! Made my '08! Even though i can;t watch it because i'm at work. Is it the full one where the Ferrari mechanic smashes the glass at the end? Because that makes it!
