14" & 15" Wheel Bolt Differences

Morning all,

 

Could you please advise as to the difference in bolt head sizes as shown in the pics.

 

Is the shorter headed bolt the correct 1.9 fitment and the longer headed the 1.6?

 

 

 

Please also note that if your centre cap is slightly proud a prod from a booted size 9 is not the correct way to re-seat it.
