Saw a Lazer green 205 parked outside a newsagent in Clacton today with a colour coded rear boot panel.

That's right as it was in a half hour parking area...... cheeky bugger I'll have you know I have never had any of my 205s broken into or stolen in Clacton, correction you got a steel from me! LOL

No I did'nt dare I even ask how much it went for? Had it had any furth TLC? Where was it?

Local-ish to me, it was owned by a pretty fanatical collector, who's also a member on here but doesn't post much!

 

The few little dinks & paint had been sorted and it had the correct seats etc back in it, as well as the usual PugRacing/Miles refresh that all his cars get! It went for a good sum, can't remember what exactly but around £2-2.5k iirc, mileage wasn't drastically more than when i sold it either, plus didn't have many owners still despite he wasn't the buyer i sold it to obviously! - probably due to putting the car in 'limbo' like i did if you remember, rather than properly so saves the amount of former keepers!

 

Looked pretty good tbh!

 

It's always interesting to see your old cars re-appear years later IMO, i wonder if the Wheeler Dealers sh!tter is still alive!!
