Exhaust Flange For Turbo Technics Elbow

Still in the process (unfortunatly) of putting a TT manifold and TT T25 turbo on my 2.0 8v turbo, sorted most of the problems such as everything facing the wrong way / pointing in the wrong direction, and even the loom and heater matrix pipes, but came to bolt the exhaust on, and the O ring on the TT elbow is about 1/4 of an inch bigger than my exhaust flange?

 

The current exhaust was custom made for the standard 406 TB25, and takes a smaller ring. It goes on a little bit but is blatantly not wide enough for the TT elbow O ring?? I thought TT used the standard 205 GTI exhaust on their conversions? Or is the flange on the 406 turbo smaller than standard GTI one?

 

Anybody know where I can get an appropriate sized tapered exhaust flange? Or should I just cut one off a standard 205 GTI downpipe, would that fit / be the right diameter?

How did you sort this Arahan?, iirc the TT exhaust and turbo elbow are of a 'standard' 205 size so can only presume the 405 setup is just that bit smaller.

A mate found an adaptor through one of his suppliers, so were just going to chop the old flange off and weld this new one on!

 

Pain in the bum but good that the outlet on the TT Garrett t25 is bigger!
